Heather Morison brings decades of experience, perspective, and steady guidance to The Hartsink Team as a Broker and Exclusive Consultant. With more than 35 years as a licensed Broker and over four decades in the real estate industry, Heather’s career has been shaped by a deep commitment to professionalism, education, and thoughtful problem solving.

Over the course of her career, Heather has owned and operated her own brokerage, managed multiple offices, and served extensively in industry leadership. She spent over a                            decade on the Brampton Real Estate Board of Directors, including two terms as President, and contributed across several committees. In recognition of her leadership and service,                  she was named Realtor of the Year in 1997.

Heather’s expertise is matched by her generosity in sharing it. Known for her deep knowledge of real estate and her ability to apply it to complex or unique situations, she is frequently sought out for guidance, mentorship, and second opinions. Her approach is calm, competent, and caring, grounded in decades of hands on experience and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Having lived in Halton Hills, Erin, and Guelph-Eramosa for more than 45 years, Heather offers exceptional insight into both urban and rural markets. This long standing connection to the communities she serves allows her to provide practical, well rounded advice across a wide range of property types and client needs.

When she’s not busy with work, Heather enjoys reading, traveling, and creative pursuits including music, sewing, and design. She values strong relationships and hopes to be remembered not just as a knowledgeable professional, but as a good friend.
